Every child under 12 receives gifts to the value of $60 — thoughtfully selected toys and treats to bring them joy at a difficult time. Children aged 12 and over receive a gift card and gift pack, also to the value of $60, allowing them the dignity of choosing something for themselves.

We are always in need of quality items that bring comfort and practicality to children entering care and the carers who support them. These items are not only practical, they send a powerful message to children in care: “You matter.
Brand new toys (please note: we are no longer able to accept second-hand toys)
These items are used to support new placements and furnish homes for young people leaving care or families recovering from family violence:
Bedding: new or excellent-condition sheets, doonas, pillows, and blankets
Gift cards are incredibly helpful, they allow us to respond to specific needs quickly and thoughtfully. Whether it’s a new pair of shoes, school supplies, or something a child can choose for themselves, gift cards give freedom, dignity, and a little spark of joy.
